I recently worked with attorney David Rosenberg and Melissa Robinson (his paralegal) to initiate and close the short sale of my property. This was an extremely difficult and unusual short sale, because the condominium property had significant structural damage and had been vacant for a year. With no end in sight, I was referred to the law firm by a great friend and local real estate professional.

During this time, I had lost my employment and had to move to another city to live with family. For me, this was the most stressful period of my life. David and Melissa, were kind, considerate and always available to answer my questions and let me know where we were in the process. We were dealing with one of the biggest banks in the country and it was never easy for them. David and Melissa treated me as family, and never gave up each time we were faced with a new road block. There were days when I was emotional and upset and they would talk me through our next step. They would not let me give up nor did they give up on me, even though I had very limited resources to compensate them.

We finally closed on this property with a very good outcome. The bank waived their deficiency and the condominium association accepted a reasonable settlement, Today, I am able to begin the process of rebuilding my life. I will be forever grateful to this team of professionals.
