Chris joined DHR Law in 2009 and concentrates his practice in the area of real estate litigation, including mortgage and lien foreclosure matters, landlord-tenant matters, actions for ejectment/possession and quieting title to name a few. Additionally, Chris has successfully represented a number of residential real estate sellers in actions against them for failing to disclose defects in the home which materially impacted the value of the property (i.e. Johnson v. Davis claims). Chris also represents clients concerning lease preparation and various corporate and real estate matters.
Chris was born and raised in Saratoga, New York. He is a 2006 graduate of State University of New York at Albany and a 2009 graduate of University of Miami School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor (JD). Chris is admitted to practice throughout the state of Florida and is also admitted in the US District Court, Middle District of Florida.
